Yes! Phone estimates are always free. For replacement projects, we provide free in-home estimates too. For repairs, there's an $89 diagnostic fee that's waived if you proceed with the repair.
How quickly will you call me back?
During business hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 9am-3pm), we typically call within an hour. After hours requests get a callback first thing the next business day.
Do I need to be home for an estimate?
Not for a phone estimate! We can give you ballpark pricing over the phone. For replacement projects, we'll schedule a convenient time for a free in-home assessment.
What if I'm not sure what I need?
